These roundtables are a series of ‘working conversations’ between our Level UP! Strategy Partners and international guests. Come and listen in as Roseneath Theatre, Neptune Theatre, Toronto Fringe, and Outside the March pose the challenges of their Level UP! flexible work pilot projects to the roundtable. Moderated by Sehar Bhojani, Associate Artistic Director of Theatre Direct.

Anna Ehnold-Danailov (UK), Co-founder and Joint CEO, Parents and Carers in the Performing Arts (PiPA)
Founded in 2015, PiPA works with theatre, dance, opera, and music organizations across the UK to address the lack of provision for parents and carers in the performing arts through research-driven strategies for change.
Ralph B. Peña (US), Producing Artistic Director, Ma-Yi Theatre (New York)
Founded in 1989, Ma-Yi Theater Company’s primary mission is to develop and produce new and innovative plays by Asian American writers. Ma-Yi aspires to exemplify the extent to which theater makers can be active local partners to the diverse communities that inspire them, while also participating in larger, global conversations about our roles as artists/citizens.
